1. ADVANCE PROGRAMME

The advance programme will be published in the Spring of 2010 and circulated to 5000 thoracic and cardiovascular surgeons internationally.  Refer to the table below for rates and print specifications.  

2. FINAL PROGRAMME

The final programme will be available on site in Geneva and will be inserted into each delegate's briefcase.  Refer to the table below for rates and print specifications.

3. ABSTRACT BOOK - ICVTS JOURNAL SUPPLEMENT

Abstracts from this year’s Annual Meeting will be published in a special supplement of the ICVTS Journal which will be circulated to over 3000 ICVTS journal subscribers and to delegates attending the Annual Meeting in Geneva.

4. EACTS Daily News

The EACTS Daily News will be on circulation during the forthcoming Annual Meeting in Vienna.

The newspaper underlines our commitment to our partners in Industry by creating an exclusive forum from which you can broadcast your product launch, latest device approvals, company announcements, clinical updates and technology advancements to the delegates attending this year’s Annual Meeting.

As the official newspaper of the meeting, EACTS Daily News will be the only publication freely available to all EACTS delegates that will be distributed each morning by our conference staff. Please refer to the EACTS Daily News “Media Pack” which outlines the advertising opportunities and contact information.

5. EXHIBITION ON-LINE CATALOGUE ENTRY

Enhancing the visitor experience and success of your show, the online catalogue entry @ €350+VAT will detailed exhibitor profiles including:

LCD Screen Advertising

Ensure that your company achieves the maximum benefit from it’s participation in this year’s Annual Meeting by advertising your organization and/or it’s products and services via 60 sites in the Palexpo Conference Centre.

Your advertising will be displayed on a continuous loop throughout the duration of the Annual Meeting
in the ground floor foyer areas of the Conference Centre as follows:

  • 4 large video walls (46" x 9”)
  • 40 LCD pillar screens (46” x 1”)
  • 16 LCD main entrance screens areas (46” x 1”)

Broadcasting formats available include video, flash animation or still images

COST: €7500 + VAT per 10 second slot

DELEGATE BAG INSERTS - €2,500 per insert

  • must be booked and copy approved in advance via the EACTS Executive Secretariat
  • size - A4
  • advertiser to prvide 3,500 inserts which must arrive in Geneva by 3 September 2010

LITERATURE DISPLAY DESK - €300 per display

A literature display desk will be available on site for the promotion of Industry related brochures/product leaflets.  The desk, which will NOT be manned, will be positioned in either the exhibition or registration area.  Maximum quantity per display 1000.  Advertiser to provide up to 1000 leaflets per display booked which must arrive in Geneva by 3 September 2010

SPONSORSHIP OF MEETING ITEMS

MESSAGE CENTRE - € 25,000

System to be operational throughout the Meeting (Sunday 12 - Wednesday 15 September).

Computerised messaging system available to delegates via plasma screens situated in the registration and exhibition areas.

  • Your company name and logo on the header panel of the message page on each plasma screen (4 in total)
  • Opportunity to advertise any corporate events during the Meeting via plasma screens
  • Your company name linked with the details of the system in Meeting literature

INTERNET AND EMAIL CENTRE - € 15,000

The Internet and email centre will be operational throughout the Meeting (Sunday 12 - Wednesday 15 September).  The area will offer delegates and exhibition visitors free access to surf the internet and access their personal emails.

  • Your company homepage configured as the default screen on each computer monitor (10 in total)
