The Techno-College will provide sponsoring organisations with a forum from which to showcase promising technology and promote and educate delegates regarding new techniques.
The following levels of sponsorship are available:
GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: €40,000

- 6 complimentary registrations for the Techno-College
- possibility of staging a presentation related to your products during the live-surgery sessions
- acknowledgement in Techno-College print material
- 10 exhibitor badges for booth personnel (entry to Techno exhibition area ONLY)
SILVER LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: €25,000
- medium sized booth space
- 4 complimentary registrations for the Techno-College
- possibility of staging a presentation related to your products during the sessions
- acknowledgement in Techno-College print material
- 6 exhibitor badges for booth personnel (entry to Techno exhibition area ONLY)
BRONZE LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: €15,000

- 2 complimentary registrations for the Techno-College

- 4 exhibitor badges for booth personnel (entry to Techno exhibition area ONLY)
Application Form and Confirmation
Booking requests must be made on the Application Form and sent to the EACTS Executive Secretariat. Forms will be acknowledged in order of receipt and each company will be notified of their official booking reference.
Payment
An invoice for the sponsorship package will be sent with official confirmation from the EACTS Executive Secretariat. Payment should be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Any other payments relating to catering, audio visual, décor, furniture etc., will be invoiced separately by EACTS Trading Company Ltd and/or the relevant supplier.
Payment should be made in Euros by bank transfer. Please quote the booking reference and invoice number when making the payment:

Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the EACTS Executive Secretariat. Cancellations will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of the sponsorship package price.
