Registration Category
EACTS Member:  This category is for EACTS Members.  Please note: Members are NOT automatically registered.  Those with a completed EACTS membership application may also register within this category.  To qualify for the reduced member registration fees, EACTS membership fees must have been settled at the time of registration. All other participants will have to register as non-members.

Non-Member: This category is for all non-member physicians and others who do not fall into any of the other listed registration categories. 

Reduced Fee:  This category is for Trainees/ Technicians / Nurses/ Perfusionists/ Students.  A letter/certification signed by the Chief of Department must be sent on application.  Failure to produce this certification will result in the full registration fee being payable.  Those registering on-site must bring a copy of this certification with them.

Techno-College
Registration for this meeting is separate from the 23rd EACTS Annual Meeting and  a separate registration fee is therefore payable.  Registering for the 23rd EACTS Annual Meeting does NOT automatically register you for Techno-College.

Postgraduate Courses
Registration for these courses is separate from the 23rd EACTS Annual Meeting and a separate registration fee is therefore payable.  Registering for the 23rd EACTS Annual Meeting does NOT automatically register you for a Postgraduate Course.

Payment Methods
Registration fees to be paid in EURO €

  • Credit Card - American Express, Visa and MasterCard. 
  • Bank Transfer (only applicable until 18 September 2009 – after this date, credit card payments only will be accepted).

Cancellation
All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and sent to registration@eacts.co.uk by 12 September 2009. Requests for refunds will not be honored if submitted after that date. Please note: a processing fee of 25% will be charged for all cancellations.

Name Changes
Name changes are not permissible.. New registration and payment is required.

Badges
For organisation and security reasons, name badges must be worn at the congress venue.  Changes to name badges on-site will be charged at €25.

Name badges for all delegates registered prior to 1 September 2009 will be mailed to the Mailing Address on their registration.  You may select not to have your badge mailed to you.  Registrations made after this date and those who choose not to have their badge mailed out should collect their badges on-site at the Austria Center, Vienna.

Lost Badges
A fee of €100 will be charged for the replacement of lost badges.

Confirmation of Payment and Attendance
All congress-related confirmations will be available via the EACTS website only (www.eacts.org), in the MyUser Area (login with your last name and your PersonaliD as printed on your badge).
