Individual Registrations

CHANGES TO INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS

Please inform the Secretariat immediately if there is an error in your acknowledgement or confirmation of booking.

Delegates may make additions to their registration at any time before 24 August 2008 by emailing or faxing the EACTS Secretariat with their request. The extra activity will not be added to the registration until full payment is received. Delegates should quote their registration number in all correspondence.

Amendments to existing registrations will be subject to the following fees:

Transfer of Registration:
on and before 24 August 2008 - € 75
after 24 August 2008 - not possible

Session Change:
e.g. changing from Adult Cardiac to Thoracic sessions within Postgraduate course or Breakfast Session - no fee

Activity Change:
fee as per cancellation fees for activity cancelled.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made in writing to the EACTS Executive Secretariat and received before 16 August 2008. The fee(s), less a 25% administration charge, will be refunded. It is regretted that after this date no reimbursement of fees can be made.

Cancellation of a double booking must be made in writing to the EACTS Executive Secretariat and received before 24 August 2008. The fee for second booking will be refunded, less a 25% administration charge. It is regretted that after this date no reimbursement of fees can be made.

COLLECTION OF DELEGATE PACK

Pre-registered delegates should collect their delegate packs from the Registration Area, Palexpo on:

Friday 12 September 2008 14:00 - 18:00
Saturday 13 September 2008 07:00 - 19:00
Sunday 14 September 2008 07:00 - 19:00
Monday 15 September 2008 07:00 - 17:00
Tuesday 16 September 2008 07:00 - 17:00
Wednesday 17 September 2008    08:00 - 14:00

Registration documents will be organised in delegate number order. Delegates should bring their delegate number and booking confirmation with them when collecting their delegate packs.

Please note:

  • Transfer of Registration is not allowed on-site
    Transfers will be treated as new registrations and will be charged at the on-site registration fee.
  • Spelling or literal changes to badges will be charged at €25 on site. Please check these details when you receive your confirmation of booking.
  • A fee of €100 will be charged for replacement of lost badges.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION - 2008

Deadline for receipt of registration at the EARLY fee Sunday 29 June
Last date for refund of fees upon cancellation. Cancellation of registration up to this date will be entitled to a refund, a 25 % administration charge will be deducted from the fee.
No refund is available for cancellations thereafter.
Saturday 16 August
Last date for payment by Bank Transfer. Credit card payment only is accepted after this date. Sunday 10 August
Deadline for receipt of registrations at the LATE fee. Pre-registration closed.
Last date for changes to registrations. No changes will be accepted on-site.
Sunday 24 August
Delegates must now wait to register onsite. Monday 25 August
